Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unopened and in its original packaging
  • Undamaged and unused
  • Accompanied by your order ID

Non-Returnable Items

Opened products, items marked as final sale, and perishable goods are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@triphlexa.in with your order ID and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided by our team.
  4. Share the tracking number with us after shipping.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Razorpay refunds may take an additional 3–5 days to reflect in your account.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Shipping Charges

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrectly sent. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
